Punjab, the origin state of Punjabi people is situated in the northern part of India, accounted for almost entire production of wheat in the country. The state is bordered by Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Pakistan and Rajasthan. As you reach Punjab the people of the country will give you a traditional welcome with open hands.
